We show how the product is used and record the details your customers need to see. Scenes and scope are defined in the brief.
Personal introductions and everyday scenes
Talking-head clips, conversations and demonstrations with Melanie, Marcus or both. We describe personal experiences only when we have actually had them.
Ad videos
We film an agreed script with an opening, a central message and a call to action. Additional hooks or edits can be included in the quote. Ad usage requires the agreed paid-use rights.
Raw footage and B-roll
If your team handles editing, we deliver the agreed talking-head clips and any product or demonstration footage you book as individual video files. Create your own edits for your brand within the agreed usage rights. We confirm the scope before filming.
Scripts and concepts
We work from the script you provide and approve. We can also develop the video concept and script for an additional fee. The script is approved before filming.
Packages and formats
Several videos can share a shoot when the products, setup and scenes fit together. Additional aspect ratios, openings and scenes are quoted according to the scope.
What does a UGC video cost?

Edited UGC video
An edited talking-head video with Melanie or Marcus speaking directly to camera. Up to 30 seconds, with captions, based on the script you provide and approve. Additional product or demonstration clips (B-roll) can be added.

Raw footage for your own edits
Talking-head clips based on the script you provide and approve, with up to 30 seconds of speech. Create your own edits for your brand.

The shared base scope: one creator, one product, one simple location and 9:16 portrait format. Three months of unpaid posting on your brand’s own social media channels are included.
These starting prices apply when you provide the approved script. Our concept and script service is an additional €50 per video.
First delivery is within seven calendar days of receiving the complete brief, script approval and product.
Direct prices in EUR. VAT-exempt under Section 19 of the German VAT Act. No VAT is added. We confirm the total price for production, booked rights, extras and agreed expenses before booking.

Understanding usage rights
What does three months of use mean?
The price includes three months of unpaid posting on your brand’s own social media channels, starting on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Posts published during that period may remain online unchanged afterwards. New posts or reposts after the period ends require an extension. Paid advertising, websites, online shops and Amazon use are quoted separately.
Advertising through our creator profiles requires a separate agreement. The scope, term and cost of additional rights are confirmed before booking.
Packages for larger projects
Individually quoted according to production and usage. Shared filming can save work; additional scenes and rights remain clearly defined.
Content series
Several videos with agreed themes, hooks and scenes. We plan a shared shoot where it makes sense and quote the complete scope.
Duo production
Conversations and shared demonstrations with both Melanie and Marcus on camera. We include the additional production work in your quote.
Raw footage for multiple edits
Create several hooks, videos or campaign versions from agreed footage. We define the material, products, channels, term and permitted variations.
Deliverables and usage questions
Which files are included with raw footage?
We deliver the agreed talking-head clips and any product footage you have booked. You receive one selected recording per script section or subject. Additional recording variations can be agreed separately.
Can we make several videos from the footage?
Yes. You can use the raw-footage clips you book to create your own edits for your brand, within the agreed channels and usage period. Additional filming is agreed separately.
Can we run the videos as ads?
Yes. If you want to use the video in paid advertising, we agree the advertising rights and additional fee in advance. This also applies when you pay to promote an existing Instagram or Facebook post so that more people see it. Platforms, territory and term are set out in your quote.
Can we order product clips (B-roll) on their own?
Yes. B-roll means product or demonstration clips without spoken dialogue, such as opening a package or using a product. A separate B-roll order costs €149 for the simple base scope and includes up to five agreed clips of up to five seconds each. This package price also applies if you need fewer clips. Further clips or more involved filming are quoted separately.
Which revisions are included?
Edited videos include one consolidated round of minor changes across the whole order, for example to editing, timing or caption styling. The agreed brief and approved script form the basis. We agree any further revision rounds and additional customer requests outside the agreed scope with you before making the changes, including the additional price.
When do you deliver?
First delivery is within seven calendar days of receiving the complete brief, script approval and product. Larger projects are agreed individually. Express delivery is available on request, subject to confirmation of availability and an additional fee.
